  • Refunds will only be provided in cases where there was a mistake on our part that resulted in a failure to provide the agreed-upon services.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the initial order date.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information that resulted in the failure to provide the agreed-upon services.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer cancels the order after the verification process has already begun.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer is not satisfied with the results of the verification process, as we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

To request a refund, please email our customer support team at support@quinfy.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

Please note that all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card or bank account used to make the initial purchase within 7-10 business days of the refund approval.
